An 18-year-old student of Catholic Grammar School, Jitka Valkova, was crowned Miss Czech 2010 in a beauty contest held in Prague, on March 20, 2010. Jitka Valkova stands 1.69 m tall and comes from Naramec, a small town in the region. She will represent Czech Republic at the Miss Universe contest this year.
