Driver Wears Monkey Mask to Avoid Summons
Sep 10
A man received 37 unpaid photo-enforcement tickets from state Department of Public Safety officers recently but he wasn’t panic and refused to pay them because all the photos show the driver is a “Monkey;” in fact, someone who was wearing a monkey mask.
Dave Vontesmar drives nearly 30 miles a day from his home in north Phoenix to his job at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and passes through the photo-enforcement gantlet on Interstate 17, Arizona 51 and Interstate 10.
“Not one of them there is a picture where you can identify the driver,” Vontesmar said. “The ball’s in their court. I sent back all these ones I got with a copy of my driver’s license and said, ‘It’s not me. I’m not paying them.’ ”
Sure he refused to admit, who wants to admit he is a “Monkey?” If the photos show the driver is Brad Pitt, OK, I admit it, that’s me!

What a jerk. Maybe he should just try driving less than 10 mph over the speed limit instead. I drive about the same route as he does, and amazingly I've NEVER gotten a ticket.
eventually, the monkey will get spanked.
10 mph? Haha, I'll prefer cycling if I have to drive that "fast" :)
Maybe next time the driver will change to a "Donkey", then the "Monkey" can escape from getting spanked…
