That’s just unhygienic. I guess it’s interesting for artistic purposes, but would you want to sit on those chairs after they left? I find it hard to believe that paint is legal coverage in any city. The whole point is to protect the public from various diseases and bacteria that can be passed easily if you’re nude. You can still pass those around if you have on nothing but paint.

I had a pair of shorts tattooed to myself and I do the same thing as the guy above everywhere I can. You can check out my email profile to see a side pic of me sitting on a chair with the tattoo showing. Where do we have sidewalks like that in the US? I haven’t seen any. Our sidewalks are typically a smooth pour of concrete. I don’t believe it is the US.
As for the money issue? The film crew would pay for their beverages. Duh.. They do not need to carry a wallet, cash or handbag in a situation like this when there is a film crew at the ready to hand you the money or pay. It is a paid advertisement. You are paid to walk down the street. You honestly think you would have to pay for your own coffee? Hell no! The production company would pay for it.
