This fish was still breathing on the plate when it was served on the dinning table. I’d heard about the making of this live fish dish – the chef uses a wet cloth to wrap the fish head to keep it breathing and the body of the alive fish is dip in the boiling oil until it is cooked. The chef must have skill to cook this dish and it is consider “fail” if the fish died before it is served.

This is one of the Chinese style for cooking fish, a very cruel way to eat fish. The fish will die half way while people are eating its meat.
