This photo was published in a Chinese newspaper, the People’s Daily. It was mentioned that a park in Nanning is a harmony place for both animals (pigeons) and men. Maybe the Chinese newspaper wants to express more by adding more pigeons the photo but the photoshop skill is too bad.
